When I moved to Ohio more than ten years ago, a really special friend of mine decided to keep in touch. She proposed that we meet via Skype every 2 weeks. She stayed in Canada and I moved in the beautiful Ohio state in the US. Unbelievably, we manage to stay friends and we can certainly entertain a two hour conversation with no interruption. Just talking about what we love: recipe sharing, home decor, our family news. And lately: the best pumpkin spice latte!
In one of our video sessions, my dear friend announced to me that she just discovered the pumpkin spice latte. I could not believe that somebody never had a sip of the divine fall nectar at least once. My friend is full of ideas. She found three French recipes online that she melted together to make her best version. It sounded delicious! So today, I will try her recipes and find out my own version of those lattes. I will make you a print card of my best one. There are a ton of best recipes; follow your gut and find your own!

If you have a friend like mine, keep her close to your heart and cherish this relationship, I am pretty sure that we are living a happier life for it.
