
Smooth green drink to start a healthy day
Almost every morning after my walk with my dogs, I get so hungry that I can eat a whole bear. Here is my favorite drink to get fruit and veggies in my system. It’s so smooth, perfect for beginners. This green drink smoothie recipe counts for a little bit more than two portions. And it’s so delicious that my husband or my son will drink the second portion that I leave in the fridge. Beginners will love it because it’s easy to do and doesn’t have a green taste. Happy and Zaku usually get a couple of pieces of the half banana, so everybody is happy and has a healthy day.

Daily Green Machine Smoothie
Green smoothie drink for beginners that every one should try
Ingredients
- 150 gr of green grapes
- 75 gr of pineapple
- 60 gr of spinach
- 6 cubes of ice
- ½ cup of water
- ½ a banana
Instructions
Add everything to the Vitamix if you got one, or any blender that crushes ice and mix for 45 seconds. It's that easy, enjoy!

October is apple season for us in Ohio. I just made the smoothie and replace the grapes with one apple and it is delicious!
I love the Vitamix blender, and I use it every day. It is a big investment, I know. This tool is not cheap, but I’ve been using it since 2020, and it is worth it. I make this green drink smoothie recipe almost every day, and the blender mixes it like creamy fruit juice. I also make delicious almond milk in it. Follow our family recipe. Don’t worry; you can also use your own blender. (If it has no problem crushing ice.)
