I don’t know about you but I remember a story when I was young about the 4 thieves. They were the only one who thrive in a pandemic against all odds.

According to google: “The stories behind the Four Thieves herbal blend, is said to date to the 17th century when plague struck Toulouse in France. The legend tells us how the thieves robbed the homes and corpses of those who had died of plague. But somehow, they allegedly survived the disease thanks to a herbal blend.”

I think that the Defender essential oil blend from Simply Earth is quite a resemblance to the story. Well in my house nobody got sick during our pandemic so this is why I want to share this secrets with you.

How to make a bottle of hand sanitizer

This is DYI about how to make a bottle of hand sanitizer. I got the kit from Simply Earth during the pandemic and still make it for my whole family. I leave a bottle in the car and the strong smell reminds me how safe I am with these essential oils.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aloe Vera
• 2 tbsp of Vodka
• 30 drops of Defender essential oil from Simply Earth

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to your bottle, shake well and use often!

Notes

This blend is antibacterial, antifungal, it boosts immunity and it's safe for kids 10+.

Be advise that this is not a blend appropriate for dogs.
