I recently watched a documentary about roses with David Winston and Rosalee De La Forêt and realized that my favorite calming chamomile and lemon balm tea was missing something. Adding rose petals to the mix made it exceptionally soothing. Lemon balm chamomile rose petals tea is my go-to tea every day now!
The scent alone of this stress-relieving tea leads me to relaxation. My nervous system magically surrenders! Lemon balm is a wonderful stomach soother and aids in digestion if you need it. Chamomile and lemon balm help prevent insomnia and serve as a great combination to sip to calm any stress coming your way.
You should grow these medicinal herbs in your garden if you have the opportunity. The lemon balm plant is a gorgeous addition to any landscape. The sweet blossoms of chamomile are so beautiful they make you happy.
